On December 18, 2021, Quang Nam Power Company and Quang Ngai Power Company, the last two units of EVNCPC also completed the voluntary blood donation program during the 7th EVN Pink Week, increasing the number of Blood donation from employees of the electricity industry in the Central Region - Central Highlands to nearly 1,700 blood units

The 7th EVN Pink Week in 2021 with the message “Ten thousand hearts - One heart” took place from December 6th to 12th on a national scale. Particularly in the Central Region - Central Highlands, from December 4th to 18th, EVNCPC has gathered more than 1,900 employees, workers and customers and the people to participate in the voluntary blood donation at 13 provinces and cities.
With nearly 1,700 blood units donated from the 7th EVN Pink Week in the Central Region - Central Highlands, it has promptly replenished the blood source to serve the emergency needs and treatment of patients in need of blood transfusion at the hospitals. The program is even more meaningful when blood reserves at “the blood banks” are very scarce due to the complicated COVID-19 pandemic in many localities.
EVN Pink Week was initiated by Vietnam Electricity in 2015 on a national scale. This is also an annual activity held during the Customer Appreciation Month. From 2016 to 2021, the event was held 6 times in 13 provinces and cities in the Central Region - Central Highlands with a total donation of nearly 10,200 blood units.
This year, due to the complicated situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, Thua Thien Hue PC and Dak Nong PC postponed conducting of the program.
